I am currently offering
Focusing For Life workshops in Oak Park, Illinois and
I am available for individual and phone sessions. Further, I am available to speak to groups about Focusing
at no charge.
I discovered the power of Focusing in the 1970s and since then I have assisted Eugene Gendlin
and Mary McGuire in presenting many weekend workshops. Among workshops I have assisted with are:

- Therapist Workshops
- Spirituality Workshops
- Inner child Workshops
- Dream Workshops
I have led Level 1 and Level 2 workshops for many years as well as dream workshops and have taught workshops in such diverse places as California, Iowa, Wisconsin, and Illinois, as well as overseas.
The oldest continuous weekly Changes Group has met every Tuesday night in my living room for over 20 years.
Guests who are without experience in Focusing are always welcome to join us to see and try focusing once or twice before taking a workshop.
